About Daisy
My interest in chemistry began with curiosity about how substances change and interact in everyday life. This led me to complete a Master’s in Chemical Sciences, where I developed strong conceptual understanding and analytical skills. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students learn chemistry in a structured and simple way that builds confidence and strong academic performance.
I believe chemistry should be taught with clarity and practical connection. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex ideas into smaller steps and using real-life examples to explain them clearly. I encourage students to ask questions, practice regularly, and build strong conceptual understanding instead of memorizing.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new developments in chemistry and learning about real-world applications. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching chemistry is very meaningful to me because I see students grow from confusion to confidence. Helping them develop strong concepts, problem-solving skills, and independent thinking is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work.

Chemistry becomes easier when students understand the reasons behind reactions instead of memorizing them. In my lessons, I focus on topics such as atomic structure, chemical bonding, reactions, acids and bases, and organic chemistry using simple and clear explanations. I break down each concept into smaller steps so students can follow comfortably without confusion. I also use real-life examples like cooking, cleaning processes, and environmental changes to make lessons more engaging and meaningful. Each session is interactive and supportive, helping students learn at their own pace while building confidence step by step.
As students progress, lessons are adjusted based on their level and learning needs. Beginners focus on basic concepts and simple reactions. Intermediate learners work on equations, calculations, and understanding connections between topics. Advanced students focus on reaction mechanisms, problem solving, and exam preparation strategies. I provide regular practice, revision, and feedback to ensure steady improvement and strong conceptual clarity.
Chemistry helps students develop logical thinking, accuracy, and analytical skills. As they improve, they become more confident in understanding how substances behave and react. These skills are useful in both academic learning and real-life situations.
