About Nicolas
I am an international student from Switzerland. I came to America to pursue a PhD in Chemistry. I am currently in the top three percentile of student in my class. I tutor so I can show people that chemistry can be fun and inspire them todo well in their classes. I have been actively involved in research since my sophomore year. Further, I have been tutoring since Junior year of high school and have a very good understanding on how to teach people struggling with chemistry.

I listen to what the student has to say and approach the problems in a way that it makes sense, without overcomplicating the topics. I will work on problems with students and guide them onto the right track, so they will understand the topic and more importantly be able to apply the skills in their class. I am very patient and understanding, as I know that chemistry is a very hard subject. I want students to understand the topics so I am willing to go over a problem multiple times to make sure the student fully understands the science. My lessons are for high school and college level students.
