About Elsie
I am a second year Chemical engineering student with the University of South Africa (UNISA). I have been tutoring mathematics to lower grades since I was in grade 10. I matriculated in 2018 with a bachelor pass and 2 distinctions. Post matric I worked at a matric rewrite center as a mathematics and life Sciences tutor for a year.

I believe that each student is unique and has different needs. My teaching method involves identifying the problem areas the student might by giving them quizes and tests.
I also have discussions with my students to hear from them exactly how I can best be of help to them.
Once the problem has been established I then conduct lessons with the aid of visuals, audios depending on the learning style that works best for my students.
And lastly I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my students understand and enjoy my subjects
