About Steve
Having begun my cooking career in 1986, I bring with me a wealth of experience covering many areas of cooking including a la carte, buffets, functions, production line etc.
I have the knowledge and skills required for the preparation and cooking of foods in many styles and cuisines, menu planning, costing, pricing, stock control, storage, ordering and rotation, staff supervision and training, as well as compliance with Australian Food Standards and local health regulations.
