I am a father of three and passionate about food and the joys food can bring to anyone. I have worked in many restaurants a few things I have learned is food brings happiness, connection and memories. Foods that make you happy quickly become food memories.
Passing my knowledge and experience on to others is very important to me, learning cookery doesn’t need to be hard to be good. Make your own food memories.
