About Pearl
I am a hardworking and passionate drum tutor with 6 years of teaching experience. I teach high school students, college students, and elderly learners. So far, I have taught around 150 to 200 students, helping them learn drums step by step with confidence. A major milestone in my career has been seeing many of my students perform on stage for the very first time. Some students joined bands, while others simply learned for joy and stress relief. Every student success story is special to me. I strongly believe that learning drums should be fun and simple. My lessons focus on clear rhythm, steady timing, and proper hand technique. I break difficult patterns into easy steps so students can learn without fear. For elderly students, I keep lessons slow, comfortable, and relaxing. For school and college students, I focus on performance skills, speed control, and confidence building. I always adjust my teaching style to suit the student’s comfort level. Teaching is not only my work but also my heart. My aim is to inspire, support, and guide students towards joyful music learning.

My teaching methodology for drums is simple, practical, and flexible. I use real-life examples and case studies from real music and performance settings. I teach students how drum patterns work in songs, bands, and live shows. This helps them understand music better and play with confidence. Motivation is a major part of my lessons. I encourage students to enjoy learning and stay committed to practice. I help them set learning goals and stay positive during challenges. For problem-solving, I focus on fixing timing issues, hand and foot coordination, speed control, and rhythm accuracy by using simple and effective exercises. Integrity is an important value in my teaching. I believe in honesty, discipline, and respect. I guide students with clear feedback and fair instruction. Flexibility allows me to change my teaching methods based on student needs, age, and skill level. Along with drums, I also teach rhythm training, basic keyboard, music theory basics, and performance preparation.
