About Panagiotis
A charismatic and qualified (QTS/B.Ed.) 11+/KS2 tutor with proven record of outstanding attainment progress and with 6 years overall experience as a 11+ Tutor, Year 6 Teacher, Year 5 Teacher, Year 4 Teacher, Intervention Teacher, Head of Mathematics, Head of Science, Art Co-ordinator. Furthermore, I am an accredited coach and an experienced leader with experience in contributing in curriculum development as Head of Mathematics Department (White Rose Scheme implementation).
I was awarded the qualified teacher status (QTS) by the National College for Teaching and Leadership (London, UK). Additionally, I graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, department of Primary Education. Additional certifications and courses: White Rose Maths training (Concrete, Pictorial and Abstract Methods, Bar Modelling, Thinking through Variation) Maths Teaching for Mastery (NCETM), Accredited Coach Certification, Emerging Leaders in Education Certification, ITP Improving Teachers Program, Diploma of Teaching Skills for Educators, Certification of Completion Safeguarding Basic Awareness Course, Certification of Completion "Prevent" Training course, Certification of Completion First Aid/Paediatric course.
It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my skills and passion for education to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent tutor who will make a positive contribution to your education.

I am adept in behavioural modification, motivational techniques and cooperative learning. Moreover, my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate organisational and motivational skills. In addition to strong organisational and pedagogical skills, I also have an innate ability to inspire students to highly achieve through knowledge, humour and confidence.
Our lessons will last 60 minutes and are tailored for 11+ preparation/general KS2 support
