Hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, yoga to lose fat, muscle tone and strength, prevent from thyroid, hormonal imbalance, BP, liver-related problems, PCOD, PCOS, mental health... I teach my students to get flexibility, strength, stamina, confidence, etc... And they are getting good results. Some are losing weight and gaining strength and flexibility, some are reducing their thyroid range, some are for liver infection, fatty liver, constipation they are getting good results, stress-free life, happy mind happy life, back pain and all... everyone likes my way of teaching and how I'm treating them, I liked my nature, way of talking, style of teaching...
