About Leonie
Certifed 200 hour yoga teacher offers Power and Vinyasa Yoga.
I absolved my teacher training in 2019 at Yogalife, Cape Town.
I am teaching groups and individuals since then, due to Corona mostly online.
I am happy to teach you privately, groups, birthday events etc :)

My teaching style focuses on a strong asana practice.
My Power classes mostly include a part focusing on the core muscles whereby my Vinyasa classes are a little bit slower, giving most intention to breath and flow.
I am happy to structure all my classes according to your demands, also after injuries etc.
