About Ujjwala
Yoga is just not about physically fitness but also mental fitness. Therefore my classes include yoga aasans, prananyams, meditation and also certain activities to increase focus and concentration.
I have taught yoga to corporates, working individuals, elderly people and people with specific medical conditions.

I focus on the instructions that I give making it as clear and easily doable as possible along with maximising the level of effectiveness. Every class is customised based on practitioner requirement. Basic structure of the class starts with prayer then goes on to stretching, aasans, pranayams and ends with relaxation and meditation so as to include each aspect of the yoga practice in each session.
