We successfully made vegan yogurt using her Instant Pot and a fluffy, savory Just Egg copycat using chickpea flour—completely soy-free and packed with flavor. Both turned out beautifully, and Alicia demonstrated great technique, curiosity, and kitchen intuition throughout.
