I'm Chris, the founder of Gawa Fitness, serving the Markham, Stouffville, and Richmond Hill, Newmarket areas. My journey into personal training began with a simple commitment: dedicating just 20 minutes a day to my health. This small step ignited a passion that led me to become a certified coach, including earning the OPEX Coaching Certificate. At Gawa Fitness, I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness. This means we don't just focus on workouts; we consider your entire lifestyle—nutrition, sleep, stress, and daily habits. What to Expect from a Personal Training Session with Chris
As a personal trainer based in Markham and serving Stouffville and Richmond Hill and New Market Area, I focus on helping you build strength, improve energy, and live fully — no matter your starting point. My sessions are guided by the OPEX Fitness methodology, combining movement, lifestyle, and behavior coaching for lasting results.
