About Sanjay
My name is Bivash Chakraborty and I LOVE teaching. Growing up, I never thought I will take up teaching as a profession, but I guess I was wrong!! I became a teacher by accident in March 2010 and have not looked back since.
I have been teaching the CIE (IGCSE / A levels) and the IB (DP AND MYP) curriculum since 2012. My subject of choice is Chemistry, although I have taught Physics and Math in different capacities before. I am usually described by my students as jovial and logical. I believe every student is brilliant, provided they get the right motivation.

One of my primary goals in any class is to get the students interested in the subject. I do that by making the class as interactive as possible. Magic tricks (chemistry based), Videos, quizzes etc. help a lot to make the class interesting. Also have recently started exploring the concept of "Flipped classroom".
