About Irene
My bachelor is Translation and Interpreting (English and French). I did one year as Spanish assistant in schools in the South of France and understood that I liked teaching and then studied my masters of Linguistics applied to teaching Spanish as a foreign language. I have taught Spanish in France, Germany, India, Russia and Spain. I have experience with very different students, schools, methods and materials. I've been a Spanish teacher for the last 8 years, both in schools and online and have very different students (adults, mostly) wanting very different things (travel to Spain or South America, pass an exam like DELE or in the university, learn general Spanish, improve their speaking skills… you name it!).

I have a vast experience with very different students, schools and methods so I know how to adapt my classes to what you want and need. I think it is very important for the students to feel comfortable and safe. I like learning about my students ′ personal interests so we can use them in the learning process. This way what we do and talk about make sense and is important for you. I also speak English, French, German and Russian. I can explain in your mother tongue if necessary although my goal will be to speak Spanish from the very beginning. And it works! I can use my expertise with languages and students to help you learn Spanish. We can do this together!
