I will assess your child's decoding and spelling skills and determine the best place to start to address their deficits, while also teaching the skills they need to become proficient on grade level readers. Each lesson will include: Phonemic Awareness, Visual Drill, Auditory Drill, Blending Drill, New Concept Introduction, Word Work, Irregular Words practice, and Connected Text reading. Students will increase decoding skills, fluency and spelling using structured literacy practices.
