About Jodie

I’ve always been interested in the way movement can make people feel. For me, Pilates is about much more than exercise — it’s a chance to slow down, build confidence and create a little space in the day for yourself.

I started teaching because I wanted to share that feeling with other people. I love seeing clients grow stronger over time, whether that’s mastering a movement they once found difficult, improving their mobility or simply finding an hour each week that they genuinely look forward to.

My background is in Creative Music Production and I’ve spent time working across music, marketing and events, so creating experiences and bringing people together has always been something I’ve enjoyed. Teaching Pilates feels like a natural extension of that.

I enjoy working with people of all levels and creating classes that are welcoming, supportive and challenging in equal measure. My goal is to help students build a movement practice that fits into their lives and leaves them feeling stronger, more capable and more connected to their bodies.

I believe movement should feel like something you look forward to, not another thing to tick off the list. My classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and create a movement practice that feels enjoyable and sustainable.

I teach contemporary Pilates online for all levels, from complete beginners to those looking to deepen an existing practice. Lessons are suitable for adults of all ages and abilities, and each session can be adapted to your individual goals, whether that’s building core strength, improving flexibility, creating a consistent routine or simply taking an hour out for yourself.

My teaching approach is supportive, down to earth and challenging in the right ways. I focus on clear guidance, mindful movement and helping you understand the purpose behind each exercise, so you can build confidence as well as strength. Classes are typically 50–60 minutes long, giving us enough time to warm up, move with intention and finish feeling refreshed.

Over the past few years, I’ve taught across studios in Ireland and London, worked with corporate clients including Google, LinkedIn and PwC, and delivered classes at festivals and wellbeing events including WellFest. Alongside teaching, I’m also the founder of Loops, a movement concept inspired by the connection between movement, sound and place.

I want people to leave class feeling stronger than when they arrived and with a movement practice they genuinely enjoy coming back to.
