I’m a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience and a qualified Pilates instructor with 6 years of teaching. I’ve trained clients and taught at studios across the UK, Spain, India, and Dubai. My passion for movement, fitness, and wellbeing drives everything I do and love helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.
