Holding a bachelor's in Health Sciences from Liberty University, I am also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have extensive knowledge of the human body, body mechanics, and health and wellness through my experience as an EMT, massage therapist, and through my own independent study.

A typical first session looks like assessing your movement patterns, taking special note of weakness, imbalances, or tightness, and then building a program tailored to your goals and challenges.
I am a trainer who is beginner-friendly, holistic and will take all the guess work out of the equation. My job is to offer accountability, clarity, and strategy to guarantee you reach your goals.
