About Dorottya

Hi, I'm Dorottya, a 23-year-old certified Personal Trainer with a passion for health, fitness, and helping others build a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle.

I believe that being healthy is about much more than appearance—it's about feeling strong, confident, energetic, and happy in your everyday life. My goal is to help people create habits that they can maintain long-term rather than following extreme diets or unrealistic fitness plans.

Alongside my fitness qualifications, I hold a Master's degree and currently work in a professional business environment, which has taught me the importance of balancing health with a busy schedule. I understand the challenges that students and young professionals face when trying to stay active and prioritize their well-being.

Outside of fitness, I love traveling, discovering new cultures, spending quality time with friends and family, enjoying a good coffee, and being around dogs. These experiences have taught me the importance of balance, which is a key part of my coaching philosophy.

Hi, I'm Dorottya, a certified Personal Trainer (Level 2 & 3) with a passion for helping people build sustainable fitness habits that fit into their everyday lives.

My coaching approach is practical, personalized, and results-oriented. I believe that fitness should be enjoyable and realistic, not restrictive or overwhelming. Every client has different goals, experience levels, and schedules, so I create training plans tailored to individual needs.

A typical coaching session or programme includes:
