Aboo has been my personal trainer for over 4 months now and made it easier for me to be consistent with my workouts. He takes time to listen to my fitness goals and with that we were able to come up with an aligned fitness routine. During the 1:1 sessions, he showed me how to intentionally use different equipment and how each routine targeted each muscle, which was very insightful. In addition, he also curated my diet plan which was easy to follow and matched my goals. Currently, I’m following his remote workout routine. He’s professional and genuinely cares for his clients.
One major thing I like about Aboo is that he is very passionate about what he does. He is detailed in his trainings and his focus is on helping acquiring the necessary skills to start your fitness journey and maintain it. I have the option of doing my workouts without a trainer, but what Aboo offers, is dedication and care, which makes it an easy decision to continue working with him.
Whenever I face any difficulties, he is always there to assist and share his expertise. When we start our trainings, I do enjoy the briefings we have, as he makes sure everything is well, and also offers necessary truths on our progress as well as his plans which we discuss in length to ensure that they match with my fitness goals. After these discussions, if needed, he will adjust our trainings accordingly and if its answering questions he is more than happy to do so.
During some trainings, there are times when I think, my, this is the worst, and he is there to support me (Aboo). He knows my thoughts on this and he laughs with me when complaints start pouring out, but he is there to encourage me and push me when needed. This is to show how good-natured he is, and that, this is very important, I need to put in the effort (maximum effort!). He can guide me the best he can and give me the skills, but what matters is my own dedication too. Prices vary depending on the package that you will be choosing.
PHYSICAL TRAINING:
1. Silver Package (RM135 per session) - Consists of 12 sessions - Valid for 5 weeks
2. Gold Package (RM120 per session) - Consists of 24 sessions - Valid for 8 weeks
3. Platinum (RM111 per session) - Consists of 36 sessions - Valid for 14 weeks
REMOTE TRAINING:
1. Duration: 6 months - RM600 per month
2. Duration: 12 months - RM550 per month
A surcharge is applicable for transportation depending on the trainee's address.
