About Francesca
I’m Francesca, a certified personal trainer originally from Italy and now based in Sydney. I help women become the best version of themselves through fitness. My style is feminine yet strong, I focus on glutes, core, posture, mobility and sustainable results. I offer both in-person and online coaching in English and Italian.
