About Madhu
I am a passionate personal trainer and former professional sprinter with years of experience in fitness and athletics. I have represented India in an international meet in Italy, won state and national medals in the 100m and 4x100m relay, and achieved a personal best of 10.71 seconds in the 100m. Through this journey, I developed deep knowledge of training, discipline, and recovery. Today, I use my expertise to help everyday people achieve their fitness goals—whether it is weight loss, strength, endurance, or simply feeling healthier. I believe in motivating clients with simple, effective, and enjoyable workouts that bring lasting results.
