I am a passionate Nutritionist and Personal Trainer who believes that good health should be simple, sustainable, and achievable for everyone. I enjoy helping people improve their lifestyle, eating habits, fitness, and confidence through practical guidance and motivation. I want to share my knowledge to help others avoid unhealthy dieting methods and build long-term healthy habits instead.
