→ After initial Consultation, Goal Setting and Fitness Assessment, I will design a safe and effective workout routine incorporating various exercise techniques (Strength Training, Shadow Boxing, HIIT, Yoga and Dance Fitness) along with progressions and modifications as needed.

→ The usual structure of the class will be Warm-up, Workout and Proper Cool-down & Stretching while concluding the session with the Communication and Bond, Review & Feedback, and Homework & Next Steps.

→ Live one-on-one sessions or online where I'll train you in exercises, correct your postures and share advanced tips to keep you going.

→ Bi-weekly/Monthly follow-ups to track the progress or make any changes in the plan if required.

• How will the session take place?

→ Typical class length: 45 minutes-1 hour.

→ The optimal training method varies depending on individual factors such as fitness goals, strength, and time frame for achieving desired results.

→ Starting with an analysis of the person's diet, schedule, strength, and daily activities, we'll plan sessions that include warm-ups and post-workout stretches.

→ My training method is a combination of various bodyweight exercises, such as functional movements, aerobics, interval training, weight training, and yoga. These sessions can be performed not only in the gym but also in other free spaces like your home or roof.

→ The exercises I plan can be done with body weight. No machinery or heavy weights are needed.

→ In addition to conducting virtual workout sessions, I also offer personalised workout schedules and diet plans while conducting regular check-ins with individuals to track their progress and ensure they are achieving their fitness goals.

Techniques: Strength Training, Shadow Boxing (online), Kickboxing (in-person), HIIT, Yoga and Bollywood Dance Fitness.
