About Nicole

I have been teaching accelerated (honors level) Spanish for 20 years at the high school level. I have the most experience teaching Spanish 2nd and 3rd year Spanish to sophomores and juniors. I have 2 years of virtual teaching and tutoring experience and over 10 years of private tutoring experience. I create lessons for both regular college prep and honors level Spanish from grades 9-12. I believe in meeting students' needs by filling in the knowledge gaps. I will never pressure or criticize my students. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and to guide your progress.

About the lesson

I’m best known for making my students fall in love with speaking Spanish. Students seek my help most as a private tutor to improve their academic success in their current classes. But many want to increase their conversational Spanish or just want to feel more confident speaking in front of their peers.
I create an immersive experience for all students , meaning authentic speaking practice, audio based activities and question and answer practice. These practices will not only improve your success in the classroom, but give you the tools to use it in the real world if desired.
Whatever your skill set is, beginner, intermediate or advanced, I will meet you there.
