I am Sapna Gupta from Delhi. I am a fitness trainer and take online sessions on zoom for Cross Training, Zumba, Aerobics , Pilates and Yoga . I am a certified fitness trainer and endurance athlete offering structured, result-oriented training sessions designed with a scientific approach. My teaching methodology is unique and highly effective, focusing on proper warm-ups, mobility work, flexibility training, and diversified workouts to ensure balanced strength, stamina, and injury prevention. Each session is customized to suit individual fitness levels, helping students progress safely, consistently, and confidently. I train for HIIT, Tabata, Pilates self body weight training and yoga
