About Ehtisham
I'm just a regular guy who's been both fat and skinny. I was always into fitness I was skinny, then I put on weight, then I got hurt. Bad injuries, the kind that makes you question yourself and creating fear and doubt in yourself. ,but I did. Twice. I went from fat and skinny to actually muscular, tore it all down through injury, and built it back up again.
I didn't learn this from a certificate on a wall. I learned it in the gym, through trial and error, through getting hurt and figuring out what actually helps you heal versus what just sounds good on Instagram. 3-4 years of hands-on experience, real injuries, real comebacks.
Why I Want to Teach
I remember what it felt like being lost not knowing what to eat, how much to eat, whether I was training right or just wasting time with no results. Nobody handed me a plan, I had to figure it all out myself.
That's exactly why I want to coach people now. I don't want you to waste your time like I did. I know how to build muscle, how to lose fat, how to count calories and adjust your food without starving yourself, and how to train smart if you're dealing with an injury instead of just pushing through and making it worse.
I also want to teach people how to avoid injuries in the first place not just how to recover from them. Most injuries happen because of bad form, ego lifting, or just not knowing your own body limits. I've made those mistakes myself, and I don't want my students to have to go through the same pain I did just to learn that lesson.
