About Renuka
Over the last few years, coaching has been an integral part of my work. It inspired me to learn and grow via training, certifications and getting mentored by a few great coaches. Each individual is unique and so is their path. Individual coaching gives me the privilege of being a companion in that journey of self-discovery and fulfillment.

As your coach, my primary goal is to support you in achieving the outcomes you want for yourself. Whether it's something you want at work or life in general, support of a good coach can enrich your journey with fresh perspectives, unique opportunities and fulfillment. Don't worry if you have not decide what you want as well, we will start from the beginning!
I've a flexible approach and when we enter into a long term engagement, I would train you on certain techniques which you can practice by yourself as well.
A typical session will be an hour long, ending with actionable insights. My preference is to conduct sessions online.
The contract I have with each client is that everything discussed in the session would be kept confidential. I follow ICF guidelines for both executive and life coaching.
