About Chef Kimolar

I am Adebola and also known as Chef Kimolar. I am a certified Chef, trained at Red dish culinary school & the Hilton. I have been giving private lessons for about 4 years now and I'm adept at making & teaching Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, French and Nigerian cuisines. My students are doing terrific!

Some of my students take these classes to pursue a career in culinary arts and start up their own food businesses, others take the classes to improve on their skills in the kitchen to make more varieties of meals/ snacks like pizza, yoghurt, burger, shawarma, samosa etc. for their loved ones at home.

About the lesson

This hands-on culinary lessons would hold for 2-4hrs daily thereby giving room for students to try out what is being taught. Classes are interactive, and I also encourage you to think outside of the box... be creative. Cooking is an art, so you do not need to be afraid to try something different.

Depending on students level ( beginner-experienced), a minimum of 3 days classes with constant practice on what is taught is recommended to get a grasp of the lessons without supervision.

Apart from coaching teens and adults interested in improving their cooking skills/widen their recipe knowledge for domestic purpose, I also train those who are interested in pursuing a career in the culinary world. Some have been trained by me for a couple of months and got retained on my team to get hired as residential private chefs for kimolar foods.

So whatever your goals are for having me as your tutor, as long as you make it clear from the on set, I'll create a personalised course outline for you and work with you to tick every one of those goals.

I am adept at making and teaching Italian, Asian, French & Nigerian cuisines. So whether you want to learn how to make pasta from scratch, how to make common Nigerian small chops like puff-puff, samosa or Italian delicious pizza, Singapore noodles, firewood jollof on gas cooker or coq au vin. With me as your tutor, you will become a pro within 3 days as long as you practice and are willing to actually learn

Duration is from 2weeks - 1 month (3-4 hrs per day)
Rates are from NGN80,000 - NGN200,000

If you would love to be a residential private cook on my team or run your own food business, then you need to also have a minimum of 8 months work experience cooking in any food establishment and join my culinary workshop.
Duration is 10-days (plus an unlimited access to mentorship group)
