I am a certified coach and researcher supporting leaders and emerging leaders navigating transition and career change.
You may be deciding between different career paths, considering further study, preparing to enter the workplace, or feeling overwhelmed and burnout. Our sessions provide a structured and non-judgemental space to explore your options, understand what matters to you and identify realistic next steps.

I can help you with:

clarity;
explore professional directions;
work through an important career decision;
move beyond overthinking and fear;
navigate career change or transition;

With two doctorates and international experience in research, higher education, teaching, public management and governance, and with experience in career change , I understand the decisions required to move forward.

My approach combines careful listening, reflective questioning and practical structure. You will develop greater clarity and make decisions aligned with both your aspirations and your circumstances.

About the lesson

I support individuals navigating change, uncertainty, transitions, or important decisions who are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and direction in their next steps.

Our sessions create space to reflect on your situation, organise your thinking, clarify priorities, and identify realistic and meaningful ways to move forward.

My approach is calm, reflective, and supportive, while also encouraging honesty, self-leadership, and commitment to meaningful progress.

Sessions are held online and are tailored to your individual circumstances, pace, and goals.

I also offer an initial Clarity Conversation to explore what you are looking for and whether this approach feels like the right fit for you.

My journey with Cristina started a year ago when she was appointed as my accountability partner in a self-development course I took. After the course finished, I stayed in touch with Cristina, who offered further coaching sessions to tackle some of the areas of my life that needed improvement. Cristina challenged me to look into areas I wasn’t that keen to uncover and pushed me to do things I wasn’t that comfortable doing. She guided me through my up and downs and she constantly reminded me about the greatness that is in me.
