About Nafisa
I'm a clinical Pilates instructor. I'm from Nairobi, Kenya.
I started Pilates when I was pregnant with my first child and it really helped me heal during my post partum journey in core rehabilitation and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
I further developed more interest in Pilates for Injuries and how to use Pilates Exercises for Rehabilitation and this is currently what I specialise into

They are private 1:1 Sessions and you get exercise that are tailored according to your functional goals.
You will need a Mat or Any Pilates equipment that you privately own.
We work by assessing your current lifestyle and come up with a Pilates program that will be working on together.
Specialised classes for Injury Rehabilitation, Post Operation Rehabilitation, Pregnancy and Post Partum Core and Pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises.
