About Jemmy

Hello dear students, My name is Jemmy Hendiko, and I am your Arabic tutor. I studied at Al-Azhar University in Cairo, one of the most respected Islamic and Arabic institutions in the world. I continued my master study at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), where I deepened my knowledge of Arabic and Islamic studies. I chose to teach Arabic because I truly believe that this language opens doors—doors to understanding the Qur’an, to exploring rich Islamic scholarship, and to connecting with millions of speakers around the world. Teaching is my passion, and I enjoy helping students discover that Arabic can be fun, enjoyable, and easy to learn with the right guidance. I want to teach you because I want to see you grow, gain confidence, and feel proud of your progress. Together, we will make learning Arabic a meaningful and enjoyable journey. I’m excited to learn with you!

About the lesson

Jemmy Hendiko is an experienced and certified Arabic language tutor with official qualifications from Al-Azhar, Egypt. He is a proud alumnus of Al-Azhar University, Cairo, and holds a Master’s degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), specializing in Islamic studies and Arabic language.

With years of teaching experience, he has worked with students of all ages—children, teenagers, university students, and adults—helping them build strong foundations in Arabic grammar, conversation, reading, listening and writing. His teaching approach is known for being fun, engaging, and easy to follow,
