About Lucia

My name is Lucía, I come from Sevilla and I would love to become your Spanish teacher. I studied English Translation in Spain years ago. However, after working as an intern at a language school I realized my vocation was, without a doubt, teaching. This is the reason why I focused my career towards education and took a master's degree in Teaching Languages in Secondary School, and afterwards, I specialized in teaching Spanish through a master's degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I have experience teaching Spanish in Slovakia and English and French in Spain so, as you can see, languages are my cup of tea. I understand the world as a globalized place where we need to be tolerant and respectful, and this cultural awareness, in my opinion, can only be achieved through communication.

About the lesson

I am passionate about my mother tongue and I would love to share this passion with you through a communicative methodology that will lead you to speak Spanish in a few weeks.
My main goal is that my students are able to have successful basic exchanges in everyday contexts. We will use different resources such as traditional books, newspapers articles, infographies, templates and a wide range of websites with the purpose of learning in a fun way.
The four language skills (speaking, listening, writing and reading) will be integrated in the whole set of contents.
From beginners to more advanced students who want to improve their command of Spanish, you are all welcome!

Perfect! Lucia is an amazing teacher and she focuses the classes on exactly what you need. She is very professional and well prepared for the classes. She is also a very sweet person and adorable to work with.

Lucia helped me praktise speaking Spanish before my ‘studentereksamen’ and due to her classes and excellent preparation we got through the entire curriculum in only ten days. I was well prepared for the exam and got a 12!!

I recommend Lucia to anyone looking for an excellent Spanish tutor.

My stay in London working as an aupair helped me to feel more comfortable using the English language. Same when I lived in Italy and Romania, I could easily get in touch with the language and start using it.
