About Wasim akram
Good morning / Good Afternoon Everyone My name is Wasim Akram Ansari, and I
am Your certificate Functional Training Coach today. I’m excited to work with you and
help you reach your fitness goals through our session.
Functional Training focus on exercise that mimic real-life movement, helping you
improve your strength, balance, coordination, and overall fitness. Today, we’ll be
working on movement that will enhance your daily activities and sport performance.
Let me tell you Briefly what we are going to do in the today’s session. We’ll begin
with 15-20 minutes warmup to get our blood flowing and prepare our muscles for the
workout. Then we’ll include a variety of exercises targeting different muscles groups.
Then we’ll finish with a cooldown session to help our bodies recover and reduce
muscle soreness.
If anyone have any questions at any time, feel free to ask.
I think you all must have eaten something before coming to work out today. Eating
something before a workout is important because it gives your body the energy it
need to performed well and feel stronger.
I think no one has any kind of pain, injury, or medical conditions. If any of you have,
please let me Know.
If something doesn’t feel right or if you need a break, please let me know. It’s
important to work within your limits and progress at your pace.
