About Elena
I have considerable experience of working with individuals online (about 5 years) and have a lot of positive feedback from my students. I find it really rewarding that they achieved the results they expected from our work: passing Cambridge exams, getting a new job, feeling more comfortable while travelling etc.
I'm a Cambridge-certified teacher with CELTA certificate (Pass A) and CPE certificate (A). Plus to this, I always keep learning and regularly take courses which are beneficial for ,y professinal development. To name a few:

In my lessons, I stick to a very individualised approach. I perform a thorough needs analysis for each new student and plan our studies according to student's goals. Together with a student, we track their progress and review our goals.
In my work I combine the most effective and up-to-date ESL approaches - communicative approach, lexical approach, TBL to make sure that a student progress as fast as they can and deal with the tasks which are relevant to their needs.
