Five stars! They made everything so easy to understand, even the excretory system and the nephron structure, which I was stuck on. And they were always so positive and friendly, which made me feel more comfortable asking questions.

I'm usually super shy, but I clicked with Sofia right away. They made learning fun and didn't make me feel dumb if I didn't get something right away. They were patient and explained things in a way that made sense to me.
