About Mari
I am a passionate Mathematics and Mathematical Literacy teacher/tutor that enjoys seeing my students succeed. My experience in the teaching profession has given me insight into the skills required per grade. I have a degree in teaching and have experience teaching Grade 4 - 12, including learners with special needs.

Lessons are based on the student's needs and can be done in English or Afrikaans. Focus is placed on ensuring that current content is covered and mastered, but also keeping in mind the skills needed for the next grade/phase. Time management and preparation plays and important role in ensuring that a tutoring partnership between student and tutor is beneficial to both.
