About Nicole
I am a graduate with a 4-year Honors degree in Health Studies and Gerontology from McMaster University. I bring to you a plethora of experience in a variety of work experience including sales and marketing, office administration, grief and loss counsel, English teaching and resume editing, nutrition counsel, dementia care training, child care/personal assistant, among many other roles in my 35 years of life I have experienced and achieved.
I have a lovely family with my partner and our two dogs, Molson and Goldie. I was born and raised in Ontario and most of my family still lives across the Toronto Greater Area. I have an unwavering excitement for life and find joy in something every single day. I also love to bake and cook and have a wealth of knowledge surrounding anything food and wellness related.
My philosophy is "People are my Purpose", where I find myself growing as an individual as I support others grow into who, what and where they want to be in their lives.

Let's talk about you and what you're hoping to achieve in learning English. This could be a newcomer, for an interview, for conversational purposes, or anything you have in mind you feel like you want to develop further.
I work best with open communication and feedback. I will meet you where you are at in your skill level and develop a personal plan with some exercises to practice between our scheduled sessions and adapt as we mutually feel is needed.
I am open to family conversations as well, which means your entire team can learn together.
My unique degree in Health Studies and Gerontology opens it up for health care professionals when it comes to difficult conversations, terminology, interviews and anything else you feel could make you more successful. This includes practice interviews, paper edit suggestions and even follow-up conversations to explore how you can best be successful.
I love to smile and bring light to conversations and learn more about YOU as a person. I am not only a tutor, but also a confidant and a mentor if you would like that support.
