About Hal
I currently study ASNC in my second year at Cambridge University. I have worked with many different pupils in the past at levels including GCSE 11+ and 13+. My most significant experience was running a homework and tutoring club at a school in central London. I have studied a wide range of subjects at GCSE and A-level with a passion that I bring to the tutoring sessions.

I try to orientate my classes around a conversational style that allows me to engage with students in a way that creates a sense of discussion. I feel that this is important as it means that the students feel more involved and actively participate, forming their own ideas as well as discussing mine. Once I have identified the level of the student we will explore a broad range of sources and past papers that will broaden the scope of their knowledge and cultural understanding. As well as developing the fluency of the students the diversity of the material provides the best preparation for all aspects of examinations.
