Having known Shriram through school, and worked with him on mentoring projects in the past (e.g. UKMT Elite Maths Mentoring, I have seen first-hand his ability to explain concepts, often complex, in a simple manner. He has a very approachable teaching style that encourages the mentee/tutee to open up on what they do not know.
