About Emma
I have recently completed my MPhil in philosophy at Cambridge, where my research areas focussed on logic and the philosophy of mathematics. I have been tutoring online for four years and have experience teaching in first year university students as well as in both secondary and primary schools. I have extensive experience in Oxbridge admission preparation, so please do get in touch to talk about personal statements, philosophy entrance examination or practice interviews. I engage students in challenging debate, encourage to take their arguments to the logical extreme and strengthen their responses to criticisms. I encourage students to talk through their thought processes and engage in thought experiments.
