About Bogdan
If you want to learn how to balance on your hands, get stronger and more mobile, move better, learn some flips or just make your training more fun and interesting, I am your guy. Let's do this! I coach parkour & freerunning and have coached people of all ages, from 12-83 years old. I am qualified as a L3 PT and L2 Parkour Coach. If we work together you can expect to be challenged but also to have fun and play. I am adaptable and can work in a gym setting, calisthenics park or an open space. I started practising parkour and handbalancing when I was 15. I am a seasoned practitioner with experience in martial arts (Taiji, Capoeira, Taekwondo, BJJ, Aikido), team sports, strength training, and dance (Breakin').

I use a holistic approach to building strength, mobility through movement patterns from a wide palette of disciplines. If you are familiar with the Ido Portal method, then you have a rough idea about what I do. Tools I like to use for development are tennis balls and footballs, gymnastics rings, short and long sticks. In the session you can expect a mix of things, generally stuff that I realise you need to work on.

i got superprof to get flute lessons but before my trial was up, i on a wim checked out if there were calisthenics teachers on here and chose Bogdan initially bc of distance to prevent any hurdles from me committing to calisthenics but i’m really glad i landed this teacher to begin my journey

Bogdan is one of the best coaches on this platform he has knowledge and skills. and if you are willing to have a guide he is the right one, if you want a PT who counts your reps and makes magic with fat pills then you are in the wrong place. High-quality coaches are rare he is one of them!
Bogdan is a very patient and inspiring teacher. His explanations are detailed and logical and the exercises we do are fun yet challenging. I personally feel at ease and moticated to do more after each of our lessons.

Over 60 min +£10
Cancellation has to happen within 48 hours of the appointed session. If within 24 days, half of the fee will have to be paid. If cancelled less than 2h notice, the full payment is due.
Trial is priced at half price, 25£/h
I also offer hybrid coaching using an app where I build individualised workout programmes for better progress between sessions. These are priced at 230£/m tier 1 with weekly in person sessions or 180£/m tier 2 with forthnightly in person sessions. Choose what works best for you!
