About Rhea
I am currently enrolled in a dual accreditation university-college program, where I major in managing and marketing a business. I run my own business as a result of the knowledge I have obtained through my studies, and also work a full-time job. I have learned through my own experiences just how to efficiently and effectively manage stress, and am very knowledgable in the subject area. I work with many high school students and young adults who struggle with maintaining high grades alongside a busy schedule. I also offer tutoring services to those who need it.

I want to learn more about you and your lifestyle to be able to better understand how you will be able to accomplish exactly what you want to achieve. I want to work with you in whatever way will suit you best, to ensure that you achieve every goal you set. I am specifically inclined to coach time management skills, mental health management, self-care guidelines and routines, health and wellness advice, and many more areas of well-being, specifically in relation to stress management. I am a teacher who cares about YOU and want to see you take a positive change in your life. I have been through it all and have experienced many struggles that you may be going through, so I have many techniques to overcome them. If you want to change your life, reduce your stress, and be the best YOU that you can be, then I would be pleased to work with you! I want to see you achieve YOUR GOALS!
