About Brian
I have more than two decades of experience in the financial industry with both banks and credit unions. I started attending Michigan State University in 2015 for a master’s degree in leadership, Strategic Planning, and Business Management. I transferred to Forbes School of Business in 2018 for an MBA with a specialization in Finance. Scheduled graduation date is Feb, 2020.
Throughout my career I have displayed leadership and helped drive teams in meeting and exceeding lofty goals. My bachelor’s in local government and political science has given me even more training in working and leading teams along with strong work ethics and values. I am an accomplished, results-oriented professional with substantial experience in retail banking, with emphasis in member service as well as operations. Proficient in management, reporting, and communication. Motivating leader and trainer with the ability to work in fast-paced environments demanding organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and ethical in completing projects in a timely manner. Team player willing to work outside job specification also able to work independently. Self-starter with knowledge of banking policies and procedures and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

Meaning, the Student needs to immediately feel the benefit of the content you are teaching. When you show a benefit, you create desire. And where there’s desire, you guessed it, you hold attention.
