About SHABAN
I’ve always believed movement is more than just working out — it’s about understanding your body, building confidence, and feeling strong in everyday life. With a background in physiotherapy, I’ve seen how many people struggle not because they lack effort, but because they were never taught how to move correctly. That’s why I teach. Sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained so you can train smarter, avoid injuries, and see real, lasting progress would be something I believe will benefit for life. Nothing motivates me more than seeing someone get stronger, move pain-free, and realize what their body is capable of. My goal is simple: to guide, support, and help you become the strongest and most confident version of yourself. We’re not just training — we’re building a stronger foundation for life.

If you’re looking for a class that’s more meaningful than just doing reps and sweating, you’re in the right place. I train differently. With a background in Physiotherapy, I combine science-based movement with strength and conditioning, boxing, cross-training, body combat, rehab, and prehab — all in one well-structured program. My goal is simple: to help you train smarter, get stronger, feel confident in your body, and stay injury-free while progressing. In my sessions, you’ll learn how to: • Move with better technique and control • Build strength that supports real life • Improve balance, mobility, and body awareness • Push yourself safely and confidently • Train with purpose — not just intensity This isn’t just another fitness class. It’s a space to grow, learn, and level up — physically and mentally. Strong body. Strong mind. Stronger you.
