About Sayan
I am a passionate fitness professional with 7+ years of coaching experience. My journey started with an engineering background, where I worked as an engineer for one year before following my passion and becoming a fitness coach. I am an ACE Certified Fitness Coach and Animal Flow Instructor, focused on personalized, professional and results-driven training. I believe in building trust, understanding each client’s goals, and helping them achieve sustainable progress with proper guidance, technique and consistency.

My approach is simple: understand the client first, then build the right plan for their goals. As an ACE Certified Fitness Coach and Animal Flow Instructor, I combine strength training, muscle building, fat loss, mobility, and athletic performance using practical, evidence-based methods. Each class includes a warm-up, personalised training, technique coaching, and progress tracking. My sessions are suitable for beginners, intermediate trainees, adults, and anyone serious about improving their fitness, strength, movement, and confidence.
