About Brandon
My fitness journey began in my teenage years, where I was deeply involved in sports and martial arts, including wrestling and Muay Thai. These disciplines taught me invaluable lessons in discipline, strength, and resilience—principles I now bring to my clients. Over the years, I’ve gained significant experience in coaching, first as an assistant wrestling coach at the high school level and later as a cardio Muay Thai instructor at Google’s campus fitness facilities. These roles have given me hands-on experience working with diverse groups and the ability to create effective, tailored programs for individuals at any fitness level.
As a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA), Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, my training is rooted in scientifically backed principles designed to improve strength, mobility, and injury prevention. I focus on building a solid foundation with functional strength training and mobility exercises that enhance both strength and flexibility.
I’ve helped clients build muscle, lose fat, look better, and feel better through a balanced, holistic approach that includes nutritional guidance to fuel your body, optimize recovery, and boost energy. I also emphasize sleep, recovery, stretching, and even meditation to ensure you are performing at your best, inside and outside the gym.
My primary focus is helping everyday athletes—people like you—achieve their health and wellness goals. Whether you're looking to build strength, enhance mobility, or improve your overall fitness, I provide the expertise and support you need to reach your full potential.
