About Ethan
Hi, I'm Ethan, a qualified Personal Trainer and lifelong martial artist.
I help guys who’ve always struggled to gain muscle build athletic physiques without spending hours in the gym or obsessing over food.
I grew up skinny and know exactly what it feels like to think nothing works for you. But I fell in love with the process and found systems that actually work. Fast forward to today, I’ve gained over 20lbs of lean muscle, and now I help others do the same with structured programming, smart nutrition, and consistent accountability.
I’ve been training martial arts since the age of 8 and currently train Kickboxing and MMA 3-4x per week. Shaped by mentors who taught me not just how to train, but how to think, show up, and push past my limits.
This isn’t just about looking good for summer, it’s about building the habits and mindset that keeps you strong, disciplined and most-importantly a lifestyle you genuinely enjoy.

If you're looking for a once-a-week session and silence in between, this isn't it. I coach differently. Most PTs will sell you an hour, leave you to it, and repeat. I give you the full blueprint, inside and outside the gym, and stay in your corner every step of the way.
With my hybrid coaching model, we combine in-person sessions with complete online support:

- Ongoing WhatsApp support
- Daily accountability and habit tracking
Every aspect is tailored to you, so you build the body and confidence that lasts, not just a temporary transformation.
