I'm excited to teach physical science! As a certified fitness professional, I help clients achieve their goals with personalized workout plans and motivating coaching. I believe that understanding physical science enhances our fitness journey. In my classes, I connect theory to practice, exploring concepts like biomechanics and energy transfer. My goal is to inspire students to apply this knowledge to improve their health and fitness.
