About Darian
My name is Darian Trotman, I am 22 years old and was heavily involved with fitness my entire life. I was a student athlete from the primary level straight to the end up secondary school as I competed at very high youth levels in cricket, swimming and waterpolo from the age of 8-19.
At 18 years old I began to pursue my degree in Sport Kinetics which is the study of mechanics of body movement. In this degree I would have been working with a few sports teams and players from both the amateur level and professional level as I helped them with performance enhancement and injury prevention. I also have a certificate in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My reason for teaching is quite simple. I enjoy helping others to be happy and live a dream they have also dreamt about living.

I plan to ensure that all my clients whether persons who just want to get fit and look good in the gym or athletes to perform at optimal. To not only be able to achieve their respective goals, but also to learn about what I’m doing with them and why, so that they themselves can be educated and even help themselves to reach their goals in My absence.
